Hi, unfortunately this is bug does not apply to Debian only. MSI has changed some ACPI tables as of BIOS Version 8.7, which lead to this result.
You can either downgrade to 8.6 or boot the kernel with acpi=ht. Other common workarounds like 'reboot=b' do not work.
