Please attach "dmesg" from it. - Please attach "acpidump" output. - Did any previous kernel work without trouble? (I.e., is this a regression?) - If the latest squeeze kernel reproduces this, I would like to pursue a fix upstream. Which requires testing a 3.x.y kernel. So please test a 3.x.y kernel from sid or experimental; the only packages from outside squeeze that should be needed in order to do so are the kernel image itself, linux-base, and initramfs-tools.
