you reported this bug against version 3.0.0-3 which contains 3.0.1-rt11.
Could you please retry with the most recent rt patch?
As the 3.0 kernels are not in Debian any more, you can download an image
from
http://debian.pengutronix.de/debian/pool/main/l/linux-2.6/linux-image-3.0.0-2-rt-amd64_3.0.0-6ptx1_amd64.deb
(once the public archive is completely synced). 3.0.0-6ptx1 contains
3.0.9-rt25.
