The attachment didn't arrive. I assume you upgraded from the previous version in stable, 2.6.32-35. But there are no changes to sound in 2.6.32-35squeeze1, so I don't believe this is related to the upgrade. Does it make a difference if you turn the computer off and then on, instead of rebooting?
