These are fine. The only difference I can see is that the pata_via and sata_via drivers are loaded in the opposite order. They ought to work in either order but this could possibly be related. Please report this bug upstream at https://bugzilla.kernel.org under product 'IO/Storage', component 'Serial ATA'. Let us know the bug number or URL so we can track it. Ben.
