No, the aliases should be *in the modules*, like I said before. If there is any module setting which should be applied on all settings then it belongs in the module. Putting it in a configuration file results in an undocumented dependency and makes modprobe run slower. Changing the module also means we have a patch we can send upstream and thus fix every other distribution. Ben.
