My server crashed last night with the following BUG(). It's running eight KVM virtual machines, all but one of which are running various versions of Debian and Ubuntu (the one exception is running FreeBSD). To the best of my knowledge, none of them was doing anything unusual at the time. qemu-kvm and the kernel are both the most recent versions available in squeeze/squeeze (qemu-kvm is 0.12.5+dfsg-5+squeeze2).
