I have a server running with ext4 on lvm and Kernel
linux-image-2.6.32-5-openvz-amd64 2.6.32-31 with several paravirtualized openvz-Systems. I am running openvz quota and did not encounter any problems with that server.

I just enabled delalloc on a test system with the same Kernel, with the result that it crashed.
As long as you don't enable delayed allocation, this bug no longer happens.
