The dns-server (bind) is running on the same machine. It should be started before the nfs-kernel-server: o...@majestix:/etc/rc2.d$ ls -la *nfs* *bind* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 27. Mai 10:42 S17nfs-kernel-server -> ../init.d/nfs-kernel-server I made some Debug-Prints in /etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server: date >> /tmp/startup 2>&1 host video2 >> /tmp/startup 2>&1 It shows the correct IP-Address....
