When I uninstall kernels, I get warnings like:
        rmdir: failed to remove `/lib/modules/2.6.32-3-amd64': Directory not 
empty
        rmdir: failed to remove `/lib/modules/2.6.35-rc6-amd64': Directory not 
empty

The reason is a file named 'modules.devname' in those directories.
