Package: linux-image-2.6-686
Version: 2.6.32+27
Severity: minor

Every time the kernel is upgraded, after I test the new version I purge the old
one. Every time I get a situation like the following:

Examining /etc/kernel/postrm.d .
run-parts: executing /etc/kernel/postrm.d/initramfs-tools 2.6.32-3-686
/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.32-3-686
rmdir: failed to remove `/lib/modules/2.6.32-3-686': Directory not empty
dpkg: warning: while removing linux-image-2.6.32-3-686, directory
'/lib/modules/2.6.32-3-686' not empty so not removed.
Press return to continue.

And the only contents of the folder are:

eternia:/home/toote# ls /lib/modules/2.6.32-3-686
modules.softdep

I've seen that this was supposedly solved when one removes the virtual package
that depends on the latest specific linux-image version (bug # 579175) but it
is not corrected on any on the particular packages as it happens over and over
again.
