As long as there is a package in experimental with aufs support it's quite easy to get testing live CDs. As long as there is at least some Debian kernel which works with the driver it starts to sound reasonable to want the driver packaged as well. There is a wishlist bug for packaging the nouveau driver yet Debian X maintainers currently don't maintain the nouveau driver. The version in experimental is ancient and broken, the nouveau libdrm module is not built from current libdrm.
