It is available in Greg Kroah-Hartman's linux-firmware tree [1]. From
its WHENCE file:
Add RealTek RTL8192E firmware
This comes directly from RealTek in their driver package provided
on their web site to be downloaded.
Currently included in SuSE releases according to [2].
