I really have no idea. I'd forgotten I even filed this report... I've not seen the error since reporting it, but that's not so strange as I've also long since switched to newer custom kernels based on upstream source. I've provided all the info I can on this. Whether or not that patch should be backported for Lenny is completely up to the kernel team. I might have been able to provide additional info if the response had been more timely, but now I don't see any realistic way to do so. Sorry.
