Problems persist with 2.6.32, with s2disk. Apparently apm was removed from the 2.6.32 image so I can't test that. (That makes no sense... I don't know a 486 or earlier box with acpi support, so why disable apm in the 486 kernel target?) I can't really be bothered to compile a vanilla kernel for that box, and I know the kernel guys will reject bugreports with non-vanilla kernels, so I guess you can file this as wontfix. Sorry.
