Confirmed here with AR2413 (AR5005G). The relevant upstream bug is http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14874 .
I confirm http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/linville/wireless-2.6.git;a=commit;h=359207c687cc8f4f9845c8dadd0d6dabad44e584 solves the issue for me.
