This file is only used by Debian packages of kernel versions 2.6.30-31.
The firmware-loading code was accepted upstream for Linux 2.6.32, but
with each of the R600- and R700-series chips' firmware split into two
separate files (in this case, RV630_me.bin and RV630_pfp.bin). Since
2.6.30 and .31 were not part of a Debian stable release, the combined
files are considered obsolete and only the separate files are included
in firmware-nonfree.
