Probably not.
if the answer is yes to both then we'll just pick it up on the next
stable release. if the answer is no to the second your request is
in trouble and you'd probably need to notify upstream.
How so? There is a bug already.
Are you saying that reporting bugs in kernel to the debian BTS is
useless and you won't deal with upstream?
