I have the same bug. Module version doesn't match version of virtualbox-ose package.
I fixed it by building module from source package virtualbox-ose-source. But it shows the package as requiring update. Built package has version 2.1.4-dfsg-1+2.6.26-16 and package in squeeze repository - 2.6.26+1.6.6-dfsg. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-kernel-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
