After this the system is basiclly un-usable. I belive this happens when
bringing up a new virtual machine, after previously halting it a few times,
I normally get to around 8 restarts before this causes a problem.
If I do something like:
hornet:/var/log# strace ifconfig
I get a stall at the following call:
ioctl(4, SIOCGIFCONF, { <unfinished ...>
And I get a lockup here. If you require any further information please let
me know.
