It says it's derived from AF05BDA.sys. Are you sure you, Debian or anyone has permission to copy and distribute it? And to modify it? That someone distributed it, perhaps even under the GPL, doesn't grant you permission to redistribute it, if the person who did so wans't the copyright holder.
That it's just a bunch of bits written to random registers doesn't make it Free Software.
