Well perhaps documentation on what exactly the calling syntax is, what the nevironment is and such would be helpful. I managed to get the nvidia driver to build with linux-modules-* for 2.6.24, but for 2.6.25 I can't figure out why it keeps failing. Both versions work great with module-assistant, so something must be different.
