Some folks and I have some concerns about something found in CS46xx Cirrus Logic firmware[1]. Unfortunately it does not provide a license with it, which, as our understandings[2], it makes it undistributable. Do you think It will be possible for you to get the proper permissions to license it as the software it comes with (GPL)? If not, do you think it would be possible for you to provide us a possible "direct" communication channel with Cirrus Logic Legal staff or the respective one? Thanks in advance!
