Please enable CONFIG_TIMER_STATS in 2.6.21 kernel packages, so that
powertop can display useful information to help users and developers to
tackle applications preventing more idle time.
This was done for 686 (see bug #423694), but it would be nice to have it
for amd64

debian/arch/amd64/config:CONFIG_TIMER_STATS=y
should be enabled if not holler.
