Package: linux-image-2.6.21-1-amd64 Version: 2.6.21-4 Severity: grave Justification: causes non-serious data loss
I did nothing fancy like suspend or resume or anything, this was just a clean boot, working hacking, using mpd and listening to music, and that happened. Unable to remount my partitions properly, I lost my current opened work. dm-2 is a dm-crypt (using luks) mapping, holding an XFS partition. I've heard other people had problems with XFS on 2.6.21 as well. I never had any problems with .20 so far (and I've used it for weeks without a single reboot, and with fancy things like str and so on). Here is the trace from my kernel.log: Jun 11 17:01:04 artemis kernel: Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000000 RIP: Jun 11 17:01:04 artemis kernel: [<ffffffff802a5bae>]
