I have now changed to kernel 2.6.17:

  Installiert:2.6.17-9
  Mögliche Pakete:2.6.17-9
  Versions-Tabelle:

       1001 http://mirror.switch.ch etch/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

The Problem with NSF Server not responding and one CPU going 100% Busy
is now gone.
