Ah, i remember now, prep support is waiting for Manoj to apply the patch found
in :

  #369017: kernel-package: [powerpc, prep] Please apply patch to allow to
  build 2.6.16 -prep kernels.

Which is needed in order for the -prep mkvmlinuz support to do the right
thing. I filled this bug on friday, so obviously Manoj hadn't had time to fix
it or something, or maybe missed it.

I marked #369017 as important, should it be RCed ?
