Hi all,

I am currently working on the IXP425 kernel modules for the arm/nslu2 specific port of debian and ran into the following:

The linux-source-2.6.16 package is arch independent and thus does not contain arch specific patches. However, the linux-headers-2.6.16-1-nslu2 package does contain eg. net/maclist.h which is the result of two arch specific patches from the linux-patch-debian-2.6.16 package.

My question: how are the architecture specific packages (linux-image-2.6.16-1-nslu2/linux-headers-2.6.16-1-nslu2) build?

Or more generic: how can I determine which patches are actually applied to generate arch specific kernel packages?

TIA,
