I'm not sure how to make use of your CICD pipeline to verify, but
locally, rebuilding Linux 7.2.6 from unstable with the following config
changes make this work.
CONFIG_DRM_AMD_ISP=y
CONFIG_VIDEO_AMD_ISP4_CAPTURE=m
So your changes should be correct.

as of 7.2, linux includes support for the camera found on e.g. HP Zbook
laptops. It would be nice if you could enable it:

Have you already checked which is the minimal set of options needed to
make it work? I think for enabling VIDEO_AMD_ISP4_CAPTURE we would
need as well DRM_AMD_ISP.
