Thanks, I'm attaching it to the bugreport. Can you as well provide the
equivalent with the working kernel so we are able to compare?

I assume asking you to bisect the change directly on the Raspberry
might not be fun. so let's first see if we can determine somethng from
the differences and talking about it in the next kernel team meeting
of this week.
