Dear Maintainer,

I've been experiencing 2 consistent, reproducible problems on my laptop since
upgrading to a 7.0 kernel. The first (shutdown hang) is the most serious,
sometimes leading to small dataloss issues due to the unclean shutdown.

The second is the internal display failing to come back up after sleeping, as
described in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/i915/kernel/-/work_items/15992
and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2464080. I mention this because
it seems plausibly related based on the stack traces included below.

In addition to the automatically generated information, here are logs from my
last shutdown that show multiple errors and stack traces from the i915 module.
