This has come up again with the release of 6.19.6+deb14+1-amd64. GRUB is 
prefering the original 6.19.6+deb14-amd64 kernel without the apparmor 
fixes.

6.19.6-1 -> 6.19.6+deb14-amd64
6.19.6-2 -> 6.19.6+deb14+1-amd64
