I think split-config-cleanup messed up at least the powerpc64 config, since it did : powerpc/config had : # CONFIG_POWER3 is not set powerpc/config.powerpc64 had : CONFIG_POWER3=y and the split config option removed the later one, while the former was supposed to be removed, i think, and added to the other per-flavour config files.
