Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
After upgrade or reinstall from cd image to Debian 12 or 12.1
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
After upgrade from Debian 11 to 12, qemu vm's cpu get 50% slower and "7z b"
give me 2 times of my cpu core count,
If I reboot debian 12 with kernel from Debian 11 (kernel 5.10), qemu vm's cpu
speed are as fast as on Debian 11; doing "7z b", cpu core count is correct.
* What was the outcome of this action?
* What outcome did you expect instead?

Hi
This bug was filed for a very old kernel or the bug is old itself
without resolution.
If you can reproduce it with
- the current version in unstable/testing
- the latest kernel from backports
please reopen the bug, see https://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control
for details.
Regards,
Salvatore
