Package: linux-image-2.6.12-1-686-smp Version: 2.6.12-10 Severity: normal I bought a new keyboard a few days ago, a basic usb keyboard.
>From time to time, it stops responding and fill the console with messages like: Dec 15 13:56:24 eos kernel: drivers/usb/input/hid-core.c: input irq status -32 received Dec 15 13:56:24 eos kernel: drivers/usb/input/hid-core.c: input irq status -32 received I searched on the web for similar problems but I found nothing really helpful, most pages referring to another irc status number (like -84) anyway. If I unplug the keyboard and replug it, it reworks. But that damn inconvenient :) As side effect, it really spam the console and kern.log by printing even more than once the error message per second. As you can see, I have now a kern.log 92MB big while it never reach 1MB in normal circonstances. [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/moa# ls -sh /var/log/kern.log* 92M /var/log/kern.log 24K /var/log/kern.log.1.gz 20K /var/log/kern.log.3.gz 48K /var/log/kern.log.0 16K /var/log/kern.log.2.gz 16K /var/log/kern.log.4.gz Tell me if there's anything I can do.
