In commit 270a70cc73b7 ("Update to 20241110") I noticed the following:
    - d/copyright: There is now licence information for mediatek/mt7996/*,
so exclude them for size reasons rather than for the licence issue

    - d/copyright: Exclude some newly added files to limit orig tarball size
      and keep Salsa CI working

Having worked on src:firmware-nonfree before I realize there is a
problem with Salsa CI artifact having size >250MB and I *assume* that's
the reason why firmware for mt7996 is being excluded.

Being on #salsa IRC channel I just learned that an increase of that size
limit can be requested and I think that really should be done for
src:firmware-nonfree as not shipping useful firmware because of the
250MB size limit in Salsa is ... not good.

IIUC use https://salsa.debian.org/salsa/support/-/issues to open an
issue to request an artifact size increase should get the ball running
and then the mt7996 firmware (used by MediaTek Wi-Fi 7 devices) can be
provided by src:firmware-nonfree.

TIA,
  Diederik
