    Hello dear kernel maintainers.

    I recently upgraded my kernel from 6.12.5 to 6.12.6 and virtualbox
    VMs cannot be started anymore.

    The message I get is:

-- VBoxManage output
VBoxManage: error: VirtualBox can't operate in VMX root mode. Please disable
the KVM kernel extension, recompile your kernel and reboot
(VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE)
VBoxManage: error: Details: code NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005), component

You might need to add

kvm.enable_virt_at_load=0

to your kernel command line if you use virtualbox with kernel since
v6.12-rc1.

I'm closing the bug as this is not to be handled on src:linux side.
