Dear Maintainer,

Trying to enable temperature monitoring on my DDR5 motherboard. It seems the 
CONFIG_SENSORS_SPD5118 (a common chip for DDR5 modules) is not present in 
debian default kernels.

It was added to linux kernels at some point in the past year or so, as DDR5 
becomes more commonplace.
