After that gnome settings shows "No Bluetooth Found" message and
the computer hangs during shuting down.

Ok that is great indeed. While it would be nice to pinpoint the
upstream change fixing it, I think it's suffcient for our case to mark
it as fixed with 6.12.3-1.
