Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading to 6.12.3 I observe the following error in the journal:

amdgpu 0000:0c:00.0: [drm] *ERROR* No EDID read

The boot text also no longer uses my monitors native resolution and the
text is now extremely large. This problem did not occur in the 6.11.9
kernel.

AFIU the upstream issue comments in
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/3816 this was only
seen once, but not reproducible?

If it's still reproducible, please do reopen and remove the moreinfo
tag.

Salvatore
