Can you please provide a full kernel log (i.e. the output of dmesg) for
a good and a bad kernel?

Also if we don't spot the problem and need to forward that to upstream
it would be good if you could reproduce the problem without the nvidia
modules loaded. (So ideally provide the two above requested kernel
logs without the nvidia module.)

Another hint could be the output of

        hcitool con

and then

        hcitool info $bdaddr

for each device's bdaddr listed in the output of hcitool con. (For me
that looks as follows:

        uwe@taurus:/sys$ sudo hcitool con
        Connections:
