Hello,

This bug has been preventing the build of the daily live images for sid, since those images include all non-free-firmware packages.

I've implemented a quick workaround in live-build [1], which I will remove once a proper upload of the realtek firmware packages has been made.

As I wrote in the comment of the MR:

At 2024-10-15 (11 days ago) Ben Hutchings asked whether the new firmware binaries work for a Pinebook, but did not receive a reply in the bug report. Additionally, there was some uncertainty of the origin of the binary blobs.
So a NMU does not seem to be a proper solution.
I could add a ping/'me too' to the bug report, but I think that it would be good to resume testing the sid images ASAP, given that we currently have a gap of more than 2 weeks. I would have reacted sooner, but I was offline for a while (and at Cambridge)

With kind regards,
Roland Clobus
