Package: initramfs-tools Version: 0.143.1 Severity: normal After the latest update to Debian/Unstable on my PinePhonePro I get the following error when creating an initramfs. It didn't happen with the previous version of initramfs-tools which was 0.142.
I downgraded to 0.142 and it worked correctly. root@pine:~# dpkg --configure -a Setting up miniramfs (1.0.2) ... update-miniramfs: Generating /boot/miniramfs-6.1-rockchip /usr/sbin/update-miniramfs: 97: cannot create : Directory nonexistent dpkg: error processing package miniramfs (--configure): installed miniramfs package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 2 Errors were encountered while processing: miniramfs -- Package-specific info: -- initramfs sizes -- /proc/cmdline root=/dev/mapper/calamares_crypt security=selinux consoleblank=0 loglevel=7 ro quiet splash plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles vt.global_cursor_default=0 -- /proc/filesystems ext3 ext2 ext4 btrfs fuseblk -- lsmod Module Size Used by ipt_REJECT -2 -2 xt_conntrack -2 -2 xt_tcpudp -2 -2 nft_chain_nat -2 -2 xt_comment -2 -2 xt_MASQUERADE -2 -2 nft_compat -2 -2 nf_tables -2 -2 iptable_nat -2 -2 nf_nat -2 -2 nf_conntrack -2 -2 nf_defrag_ipv6 -2 -2 nf_defrag_ipv4 -2 -2 rfcomm -2 -2 snd_seq_dummy -2 -2 snd_hrtimer -2 -2 snd_seq -2 -2 snd_seq_device -2 -2 algif_hash -2 -2 algif_skcipher -2 -2 af_alg -2 -2 bnep -2 -2 usb_f_ecm -2 -2 u_ether -2 -2 libcomposite -2 -2 ledtrig_pattern -2 -2 inv_mpu6050_spi -2 -2 qmi_wwan -2 -2 snd_soc_simple_card -2 -2 option -2 -2 regmap_spi -2 -2 btsdio -2 -2 leds_sgm3140 -2 -2 gpio_vibra -2 -2 usbnet -2 -2 leds_gpio -2 -2 usb_wwan -2 -2 mii -2 -2 v4l2_flash_led_class -2 -2 usbserial -2 -2 snd_soc_simple_card_utils -2 -2 binfmt_misc -2 -2 snd_soc_rockchip_i2s -2 -2 hci_uart -2 -2 brcmfmac -2 -2 btrtl -2 -2 brcmutil -2 -2 btbcm -2 -2 bluetooth -2 -2 snd_soc_rt5640 -2 -2 ofpart -2 -2 snd_soc_rl6231 -2 -2 ov8858 -2 -2 imx258 -2 -2 snd_soc_hdmi_codec -2 -2 cfg80211 -2 -2 dw9714 -2 -2 snd_soc_simple_amplifier -2 -2 spi_nor -2 -2 snd_soc_core -2 -2 inv_mpu6050_i2c -2 -2 inv_mpu6050 -2 -2 mtd -2 -2 af8133j -2 -2 rockchip_vdec -2 -2 snd_pcm_dmaengine -2 -2 stk3310 -2 -2 snd_pcm -2 -2 hantro_vpu -2 -2 snd_timer -2 -2 v4l2_vp9 -2 -2 v4l2_h264 -2 -2 rfkill -2 -2 rockchip_saradc -2 -2 snd -2 -2 soundcore -2 -2 industrialio_triggered_buffer -2 -2 kfifo_buf -2 -2 joydev -2 -2 sch_fq_codel -2 -2 fuse -2 -2 zram -2 -2 zsmalloc -2 -2 ip_tables -2 -2 x_tables -2 -2 autofs4 -2 -2 btrfs -2 -2 xor -2 -2 xor_neon -2 -2 raid6_pq -2 -2 dm_crypt -2 -2 dm_mod -2 -2 dwc3 -2 -2 udc_core -2 -2 aes_ce_blk -2 -2 ghash_ce -2 -2 sha2_ce -2 -2 sha1_ce -2 -2 dwc3_of_simple -2 -2 pl330 -2 -2 pinephone_keyboard -2 -2 evdev -2 -2 crc8 -2 -2 matrix_keymap -2 -2 adc_keys -2 -2 industrialio -2 -2 ext4 -2 -2 mbcache -2 -2 jbd2 -2 -2 -- /etc/initramfs-tools/modules -- /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf MODULES=most BUSYBOX=auto KEYMAP=n COMPRESS=zstd DEVICE= NFSROOT=auto RUNSIZE=10% FSTYPE=auto -- /etc/initramfs-tools/update-initramfs.conf update_initramfs=yes backup_initramfs=no -- /etc/crypttab # <target name> <source device> <key file> <options> calamares_crypt UUID=1ab0de68-7d77-42e4-a730-72ab8156616a none luks,keyscript=/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/osk-sdl-keyscript -- mkinitramfs hooks /etc/initramfs-tools/hooks/: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks: btrfs cryptgnupg cryptgnupg-sc cryptkeyctl cryptopensc cryptpassdev cryptroot cryptroot-unlock dmsetup fsck fuse keymap klibc-utils kmod osk-sdl plymouth resume thermal udev zz-busybox -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid Architecture: arm64 (aarch64) Kernel: Linux 6.1-rockchip (SMP w/6 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_CRAP, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: unable to detect Versions of packages initramfs-tools depends on: ii initramfs-tools-core 0.143.1 ii linux-base 4.10.1 initramfs-tools recommends no packages.
