By and large, kernel developers and maintainers just ignore bugzilla.kernel.org, so if you have a fix, it would be better to just send it to the appropriate mailing list, cc'ing the maintainer. Otherwise it's unlikely anything will happen. -- Kind regards, Luca Boccassi
