Yes it is still the case for 6.1.0-16. I didn't have the time to generate the full report yet (because of family urgencies) but it seems to have got worsen because 6.1.0-16 can't even start the xserver when using Nvidia proprietary driver (it complains the display wasn't found). With the nouveau driver I can start the xserver but it doesn't wake up from suspend.
