Hello,
I have the same problem again but this time with kernel
linux-image-6.5.0-1-amd64 6.5.3-1
uname -a gives
Linux 6.5.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.5.3-1 (2023-09-13)
x86_64 GNU/Linux
This time, no need to run any particular services, the server is a fresh
install with no added packages (no mariadb running). In a top, i can see
this, the process which uses cpu is scsi_eh_1.

scsi_eh_1
This appears just after a reboot, there are no running commands writing
to disk.
When I reboot on the previous kernel (linux-image-6.4.0-4-amd64
6.4.13-1), I don't have the same issue.
I have this problem on several servers, but I am not sure this is the
same issue than my firt report. A google search with scsi_eh_1 high cpu
use shows this bug for example
