Just echo-ing earlier comments on this topic: if having 6.1.27-1 reach testing “soon” (e.g. within a week) is desired, we'll happily build d-i against it. If we spot any issues while it matures in unstable, either we'll suggest building RC 3 against 6.1.25-1 (i.e. by not reducing its migration from 20 days to 7-ish days), or we'll request some 6.1.27-2 follow-up upload. In any case, it's fine to delay RC 3 by a few days if we need some time to think, before coming up with an updated plan.
