If the issue does come back, then I'd suggest doing a `git bisect` between v5.18.14 and v5.18.16 as that's where the initial problem surfaced and it also has the benefit of being a reasonably small range. https://wiki.debian.org/DebianKernel/GitBisect has instructions for it.
