It is already applied upstream and is part of upstream's 6.1.8 release: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/? h=linux-6.1.y&id=a57c981d9f24d2bd89eaa76dc477e8ca252e22e8 Version 6.1.8 is already part of Debian kernel's git repo, but it hasn't been released yet.
