It is still present in recent 5.10 kernels. 5.18.14-1 from unstable hasn't shown the failure in about a dozen boots. That's encouraging. I haven't done a bisect, but some relatively recent commits (e.g. aec3f415) mention dwmac-rk. Perhaps one of those fixed it?
